Navigate tech.
Navigate culture.

Build Wealth.

Helping tech professionals navigate their career and wealth, while staying true to themselves.

Headshot of a women looking slightly right and smiling

Let me introduce myself

At 35, I successfully climbed the big tech ladder of a Fortune 5 company, earned a senior leadership position, and unlocked financial independence.

Getting there nearly broke me.

Daughter of Vietnamese immigrants. Youngest leader in the room. One of the few women. One of the few people of color. I worked three times harder than everyone around me to get there - and paid the price mentally, physically, and emotionally.

After 13 years of mentoring and coaching others, I built the tools I wish I'd had: ways to succeed without the sacrifice. Now I help ambitious tech professionals - especially women, people of color, first/second-gen wealth builders, breadwinners, and caretakers - build wealth, advocate for themselves, and win without burning out.

There's a better way.

Am I in the right place? How do I know this is for me?

What to expect

  • In a 30-minute free consultation, we'll talk about where you're stuck and if Code Switch Coaching is right for you.

  • Together, we'll figure out which package is right for you. A package is a starting point to help us focus. From there, we personalize it to fit your needs.

  • We commit to "you" time. Flexible scheduling and virtual meetings that fit into your busy life.

  • Expect real conversations, practical tools, and zero judgment.

You're in the right place if...

  • You're first- or second-gen and are the first to do...everything

  • You're a woman or person of color in tech

  • You earn 6 figures but still feel broke emotionally, mentally, physically

  • You're being looked over at work and don't know how to self-advocate

  • You want out of tech, but don't know what is out there for you

  • You reached financial independence, but are too scared to leave a job you hate

This might not be for you if...

  • You're looking for get-rich-quick schemes, passive income hacks, or crypto tips

  • You're looking for a financial advisor or tax accountant (I'm a coach, not a CFP or CPA).

  • You want someone to tell you exactly what to do

  • You're not willing to examine your relationship with money, identity, and boundaries.

  • You're expecting results overnight

Your turn.

I help tech professionals build wealth while navigating the cultural and emotional complexities of carrying outsized responsibility.

Client Shoutouts

"I was working 60-70 hour weeks, climbing the ladder, making great money - and completely miserable. My relationship was falling apart and I couldn't remember the last time I did something just for fun. I thought this was just what success cost. Code Switch helped me realize I could still be successful while actually having a life. We worked on setting boundaries, saying no without guilt, and figuring out what 'enough' looked like for me. I'm still at the same company, but I work 40-45 hours now, my relationship is healthier, and honestly? My performance reviews are just as strong. Turns out burning out wasn't making me better at my job."

Emily H., Head of Product, 15 YOE

"I got promoted to VP, Product Operations and immediately felt guilty that I was making more than my parents ever did combined. I couldn't enjoy it. I felt like the money wasn't really mine; it belonged to my family. Working with Code Switch helped me understand that supporting my family AND investing in my own future weren't mutually exclusive. She gave me frameworks for having hard conversations with my parents about boundaries, and for the first time, I don't feel crushing guilt every time I spend money on myself or "just because". I finally opened a brokerage account and started investing instead of just sitting on cash out of fear."

Michael N., VP of Product, 19 YOE

"I'm an Indian woman - I was taught never to brag or ask for things. I was doing the work of a Staff Engineer but too scared to ask for the promotion because I didn't want to seem arrogant. Through working with Code Switch, I learned advocating for myself wasn't bragging - it was just accurately representing my impact. She gave me scripts for my 1:1s and helped me document my wins without feeling shame about it. I eventually got the Staff promotion  and a bump in total comp. I genuinely don't think I would have asked without Code Switch."

Priya S., Staff Engineer, 8 YOE

"I hit my FI number at 46 and thought I'd feel free. Instead, I felt completely lost. I'd spent 24 years optimizing my life around climbing the ladder and building wealth - and suddenly I didn't know who I was without that. I couldn't tell if I should quit, coast, or keep pushing. I felt guilty for even having this problem when so many people would kill to be in my position. She helped me work through the identity crisis without judgment. We explored what I actually wanted versus what I thought I should want. I ended up starting my own consultancy, mentoring junior designers, and honestly? I'm happier now making less money because I confidently know I have enough. I wouldn't have made the jump from corporate cog to business owner without Code Switch."
